    Qualifications:

    + Working knowledge of Common Core Learning Standards and NY state assessments and learning standards, benchmarks, and assessments

    + Experience teaching at the grade K-6 level

    + The ability and commitment to use technology as an instructional tool

    + Uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement

    + Broad experience with a variety of instructional techniques

    + Ability to differentiate instruction for accelerated and delayed learners

    + Evidence of strong classroom management skills with age appropriate experiences
