The 2025 Summer Intern will be a member of the PFNA Electrical Engineering team. This opportunity allows engineering students to apply knowledge gained in the classroom to on-the-job experience. The Opportunity ... As our Electrical Engineering Intern– you will report to the Senior Engineering Manager. On a given day, you may: Basic CAD training to develop tools to begin drafting and basic designing of components. Basic clean-up work on our machine manuals, update drawing packages and vendor info. Controls programming support to understand programming, networking, power structure and Human Machine Interface that goes into producing equipment. Work with electrical engineering to update instructions, bill of materials and schematics. Help with Engineering Change Notices, to better understand the change process in engineering and the housekeeping of our drawings and systems. Help update our machine archives. Shadow field service technician and electrical engineer to understand the uses of our equipment as a system. Participate in department development workshops with the Service team. Requirements for the role Currently enrolled as an electrical engineering, mechatronics, or electrical engineering technologist undergraduate. You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Travel & Location This position is onsite in Sandusky, Ohio. Why work at JBT ...
