Summary You will serve as a HOUSING MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT in the FAMILY HOUSING OFFICE of NAVAL STATION EVERETT. Responsibilities You will pan, organize, and perform work required to ensure proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program. You will receive a variety of assignments usually related to the Public Private Venture (PPV) liaison, maintenance, and termination activities. You will receive and process complaints and related investigations concerning residents to leadership. You will process requests for permanent and temporary quarters. You will conduct joint tenant-management walk-throughs of quarters to evaluate the cleanliness, maintenance, and habitability of the unit, furnishings, equipment, and facilities. You will monitor maintenance, property management, and service contracts. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring proper customer service and compliance with appropriate mandates of the Housing Program; 2) Receiving and processing complaints and related investigations concerning residents; 3) Processing requests for permanent and temporary quarters; 4) Scheduling and coordinating the maintenance and repair of housing units and conducting follow-up inspections to verify that discrepancies are corrected.
