    Position Description

    Auto Data Direct (ADD), a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that provides fast, accurate, real-time access to motor vehicle, vessel and driver license records is looking for a Contract Manager to join our growing team. As a Contract Manager you will act as liaison, managing ADD contracts with the various jurisdictions, ensuring all contract requirements are met. Responsibilities- Detailed review of each contract.- Provide recommended revisions, ensuring all requirements are met including bonds, insurance, security training and other requirements. - Communicate with corporate insurance and legal units to ensure bond, insurance, and business entity needs are met timely.- Communicate with government entities to resolve customer transaction processing issues. - Ensure any jurisdiction connectivity issues are resolved\/addressed by coordinating IT entity efforts. - Ensure contracts are renewed on a timely basis.- Assist with state audits, violations and subpoenas. - Communicate with the jurisdictions for issues with vehicle records. - Assist with internal documentation and procedures.- Other duties may also be assigned as needed.

    Requirements

    Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred~^~Minimum of 3-5 years&' experience handling contracts in a business environment~^~Strong attention to detail~^~Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills~^~Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills~^~Ability to effectively multitask and function under tight deadlines~^~Experience using Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro
