    We believe people should love what they do \- in this role, you will be responsible for:

    The candidate should be comfortable as a cognizant designer of complex printed circuit boards utilizing micro\-processors & controllers, high efficiency power supply design, analog signal conditioning, sensors, and RF components\. There is also a desire that the applicant have experience designing systems to initiate ordnance under the rigor required by the safety community\. Experience with FPGA design in VHDL or Verilog is a bonus\. This position requires that the candidate be a US citizen with or capable of receiving a secret level security clearance\. **Position Description**

     

    Principal Electrical Engineering Technician for production of newly developed and legacy products in Textron Systems Electronic Systems\.

    Responsibilities

    Performing a variety of complex technical test functions related to the support of production activities\. This includes set\-up, operation, modification, calibrations, and testing of digital/analog/RF and electro\-optical/infrared \(EO/IR\)

     

    electronic assembly and sub\-assembly processes\.Diagnose and correct equipment and system malfunctions which fail to respond to standard corrective measures\.Write and interpret specifications used in designing, maintaining, and calibrating electronic systems, chassis, or components\.Prepare reports, charts and graphs as part of process documentation\.

    Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs\.     In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is

     

    $59,300 \- $88,300 per year\.
