General Maintenance Details

Essential Job Duties:

+ Maintains and repairs laundry equipment, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and immediate corrective actions as needed.

+ Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the laundry department and tools.

+ Operates, repairs, and maintains laundry support equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironers.

+ Performs electrical installations, modifications, and heavy lifting tasks.

+ Adheres to policies, follows schedules, and maintains equipment cleanliness while demonstrating compliance and knowledge of procedures.

Qualifications:

+ Electrical and mechanical background with blueprint and specification interpretation skills.

+ Familiarity with pneumatic controls and flow diagrams.

+ Proficiency in following written instructions.

+ Understanding of required supplies and equipment for facility operations.
