    This position is open to both CMA’s or LPN’s to apply.

    Essential Job Duties:

    + Conducts physical exams using common assessment skills in a systematic manner.

    + Collaborates on care plans and assists physician with special procedures.

    + Provides patient education to promote self-care and independence.

    + Demonstrates job knowledge, follows company policies and protocols.

    + Respects patients' rights, including the right to inform, privacy, confidentiality, and the right to refuse care.

     

    Certified Medical Assistant Details

    Qualifications for CMA Applicants:

    + Graduate from an accredited program for Certified Medical Assistants, Registered. Medical Assistants or Certified Clinical Medical Assistants program.

    + Must have active CMA, RMA or CCMA certificate.

    + BLS certification.

    + Previous CMA experience preferred.

     

    LPN Details

    Qualifications for LPN Applicants:

    + Graduate from a one-year Practical Nursing Program.

    + Currently registered with the Indiana State Board of Nurses Registration and Nursing Education as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

    + BLS certification.

    + Previous LPN experience preferred.
