ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Facilities Lead.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Facilities Lead is to direct the work of a team of maintenance employees in the pursuit of providing a safe and well maintained site.  Plan, prioritize and delegate work assignments.

+  Identify resource needs and allocate resources accordingly.

+  Manage the formation and distribution of Work Orders, (service, repair and preventive maintenance) and insure timely completion to quality standards.

+  Inspect the quality of the work performed by subordinate team.

+ Perform maintenance work as needed.

+ Monitor and control supplies and equipment.

+ Train or coordinate training in facility maintenance and safety methods, procedures, and techniques.

+ Manage and coordinate activities of local service providers and/or subcontractors.

+ Answer questions and provide information to the public; investigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessary to resolve complaints.
