    What You'll Do

    + Oversee daily coffee and grab-and-go operations, ensuring high-quality coffee production, barista performance, and consistency in beverage standards.

    + Support minor food production efforts, maintaining presentation and quality while ensuring alignment with client expectations.

    + Manage inventory processes including ordering, tracking, and restocking; ensure accurate and timely data entry into inventory management systems.

    + Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies across all service areas.

    + Deliver an exceptional guest experience by fostering a warm, welcoming environment and addressing client and customer needs with professionalism and care.

    + Lead and support one direct report, driving teamwork and operational excellence in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

    + Expertise in specialty coffee, barista skills, and coffee production techniques

    + Strong hospitality background with a genuine passion for service and team engagement

    + Proven leadership experience with the ability to collaborate across all levels

    + Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    + Front and back of house knowledge, including food, beverage, safety and HAACP

    + Adaptability, flexibility, and proficiency in food service systems, inventory, and menu management tools
