    The Good Eating Company are seeking a dynamic individual for the role of General Manager to support our client in San Jose, California.

     

    The General Manager will lead a multi-faceted operation that has two cafés, catering, vending and pantry program with a frontline team of 20 employees and 4 managers. We're passionate about delectable, fresh food. We take pride in crafting imaginative and well-balanced dishes daily, with a straightforward philosophy: collaborating with forward thinking organizations that value their members and seek exceptional, creative dining experiences.

    What You'll Do

    + The **TGEC** liaison with the client and owner of client relationships

    + Coordination with internal **TGEC** resources to deliver a seamless experience for client employees

    + Achieve company and client financial targets and goals

    + Mentor a solid team who share same level commitment and passion for hospitality: quality presentation, customer service, professionalism

    + Demonstrate your diplomatic skills to work with customer and clients from around the world
