    As the **Executive Chef 2** , you will lead all culinary operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality food across patient dining, retail outlets, and catering services.     What You'll Do

    + Oversee daily food production and operations, ensuring consistency and quality across all services.

    + Lead and support a team of frontline culinary staff, providing training, supervision, and development opportunities.

    + Ensure compliance with all safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.

    + Maintain high customer satisfaction through strong culinary execution and responsive service.

    + Manage inventory, food and labor costs, and ensure compliance with Sodexo’s Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC).

    + Collaborate effectively with team members and hospital leadership to achieve departmental goals.

    Qualifications & Requirements

     

    Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

     

    Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

     

    Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
