Overview
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Service Supervisor will have a role as a team member with service, sales and operations management to ensure that field technicians are meeting the obligations/service & delivery standards that ABM Building and Energy Solutions has been contracted to perform.

Essential Duties:
+ Manages staff in accordance with ABM employee relations policies, recommends salary changes, conducts performance reviews, counsels and disciplines as necessary; communicates and administers ABM personnel policies.
+ Ensure all invoicing is completed by required deadline dates.
+ Support the performance of the branch operations including, planned and unplanned maintenance/service call and project/retrofit delivery requirements.
+ Support customer satisfaction initiatives.
+ Maintain awareness of high credit risk customer and obtain approval from your service manager prior to authorizing service.
+ Ensure compliance to all safety and health rules and regulations, company policies/employee handbooks, and contracting requirements.
+ Ensure compliance to all NEC, OSHA, State Department and Labor Department policies, codes and guidelines.
+ Foster an environment that promotes timely communication and teamwork between Sales and Service.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
+ Job duties may be modified at any time.
Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED is required. EPA certified is a PLUS.
+ Five (5) plus years’ experience in HVAC service operations.
+ Five (5) years of experience in HVAC/Mechanical maintenance installation, general electrical service work, for commercial, industrial, and retail preferred.
+ Proven success managing skilled trade personnel (HVAC Technicians)
+ Microsoft Office 2007/2010 (SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote) intermediate experience required.
+ Valid Driver’s License with an insurable good driving record, required.
+ Flexible schedule to include working nights and weekends, required.
+ Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to be proactive, bring forth ideas, attention to detail, quality and quantity of work are critical.
+ Must be well organized, hard worker, great attitude and a team player.
+ Ability to learn and understand technical terms.
+ Use GPS system in conjunction of Field Services Automation to optimize field workforce efficiency.
+ Ability to understand standard contractual agreements.
+ Ability to do travel in local market
+ Vehicle allowance available.
