    Senior Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS)

    Position Summary

    DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Senior Instructional Systems Specialist (ISS) to support instructional development in a mission-critical environment for a government contract supporting a government client.

     

    Schedule (FT/PT): Full-Time

     

    Travel Required: No

     

    Shift: Day

     

    Remote Type: On-Site

     

    Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI

     

    Polygraph: Must be willing to take a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    + Support training development using a systematic Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process in accordance with the FBI’s Technical Manual for Training Development

    + Apply the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate) model to develop courses and curricula

    + Conduct training needs assessments and job task analyses

    + Develop clear, measurable learning objectives aligned to job performance tasks

    + Map learning objectives to specific job functions and select appropriate instructional delivery methods

    + Design effective learning strategies and develop comprehensive instructional materials

    + Conduct Multi-Level evaluations to assess training effectiveness

    + Ensure alignment between job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items

    + Support curriculum and test validation processes

    Minimum Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of relevant experience

    + OR  15 years of experience in lieu of a degree.

    + Knowledge of the ADDIE model

     

    Salary Range

    $120,000 – $135,000 per year

    This pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of specific compensation. Final offers will be based on a variety of factors, including the role’s responsibilities, the candidate’s education and experience, job-related skills, internal equity, market competitiveness, and any applicable bargaining agreements or legal considerations.
