    Training SME -Collection Management and ISR

    Position Summary

    DarkStar Intelligence is looking for a Collection Management and ISR SME (Facilitator) in ISR methodology and tradecraft to plan, develop, coordinate. implement, instruct, manage, and maintain/update a comprehensive series of courses/classes covering a spectrum of learning levels from introductory to senior/expert per DLA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards on joint target intelligence.

     

    Note: This position is contingent upon contract award

     

    Schedule (FT/PT): Full-Time

     

    Travel Required: CONUS and OCONUS

     

    Shift: Day

     

    Remote Type: None/On-Site

     

    Security Clearance: TS/SCI + CI polygraph preferred

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities

    + Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, instruct, manage, and maintain/update a comprehensive series of courses/classes covering a spectrum of learning levels from introductory to senior/expert per DIA, COE, and Joint Staff Joint Training Standards on collections/Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR); including collection/JSR requirements, collection/lSR operations, and collection/lSR management also known as task, collect. process, exploit, and disseminate (TCPED).

    + Collections facilitates coordination, research, registration/creation, validation, and monitoring of multiple intelligence discipline collection requirements.

    + Aligning information needs to predetermined intelligence priorities and requesting advisory or direct tasking of operational, theater, and national level collection resources (including GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, MASINT, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), etc.) tailored to the unique intelligence challenges in the INDOPACOM AoR.

    + Focus is on operational level collection management and bridging the between Component tactical level collection assets/capabilities/operations with Theater, National and Allied level collection assets/capabilities/operations. Included is the instruction of collection management tools and applications/systems such as, but not limited to, Collection Requirements Analysis Tool for the Enterprise and/or Geospatial Information Management Services, to name a few.

    Minimum Qualifications

    + 10+ years of DoD/military experience in task area and experience as a trained and certified instructor.

    + TS/SCI + CI poly, or willingness and ability to acquire a CI poly

    Desired Qualifications

    +  15+ years of DoD/military experience in task area to include INDOPACOM AoR assignments at the operational or strategic levels and certified experience as a curriculum developer and a DIA instructor is highly desired.
