•️ Your Role:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the linchpin between our products and our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

+ Customer Engagement: Interact with clients via phone, email, and web to provide prompt solutions.

+ Technical Support: Offer immediate assistance, including quotations, technical research, and proposal development.

+ Order Management: Handle backorders and customer requirements to maximize satisfaction.

+ Collaborative Solutions: Work alongside our engineering team to deliver tailored solutions.

+ Vendor Relations: Build and maintain relationships with manufacturing partners.

+ Operational Support: Assist with warehouse duties as needed (receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, product delivery).

• What We're Looking For:

+ Technical Proficiency: Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude.

+ Drive & Passion: A self-starter eager to learn and grow.

+ Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal abilities.

+ Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

+ Team Player: Positive attitude with a commitment to customer service.

+ Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
