Chemours is seeking a **Production Maintenance Coordinator/Field Contract Administrator** to join our growing Advanced Performance Materials team. This position will be available at the **Chambers Works facility** located in **Deepwater, NJ** and report directly to the Operations Manager.
The Production Maintenance Coordinator (PMC)/Field Contract Administrator (FCA) is responsible for coordinating the production requirements with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, and Contractor activities while ensuring safe and quality execution of work through field time. This role also optimizes total business cost to ensure reliability and improve profitability through influential leadership and strong coordination of multiple teams to drive maintenance activities in the area(s).
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
+ Aligns on schedule of maintenance work with Production Supervisor on day to day responsibilities and Production Leader on long term and strategic production needs (ready to plan and ready to schedule work in SAP).
+ Aligns internal/external resources to prioritized maintenance scope of work required for safe and reliable operations.
+ Leads team discussions on how to efficiently and effectively meet maintenance needs while considering operations input and coordinates expediting when needed.
+ Financially authorizes and releases work orders based on Production Leader’s strategic input.
+ Ensures schedule and completion for regulatory inspection, test, and restoration work as defined for the asset(s) – PM (preventative maintenance) work.
+ Communicates all aspects of phases of work - equipment readiness, job progress and maintenance completion, and return to operations to ensure alignment with Production Supervisor targets for week.
+ Accountable to coordinate,plan, and schedule business unit turnaround (TAR) or shutdown work.
+ Leads maintenance planning & scheduling meetings to ensure plan for maintenance is on target for execution, aligns with team if work not to be completed per plan.
+ Leads scopeof work development, participate in package preparation process including site access and permitting for contractors, conduct pre-job meeting, pre-job inspections, provide acceptance of services or work completed through job tickets/SAP for receipt of service, and document changes to contract or scope of work.
+ Leads and ensures compliance with regulatory and Chemours safety requirements via auditing and post job evaluations.
Required Qualifications and Characteristics:
+ High School diploma with craft or technical expertise, technical degree (2 year), or engineering degree preferred.
+ Minimum 2 years experience in coordination within a manufacturing (maintenance or operations) environment.
+ Education or equivalent, experience in the aspects of contracting, craft/technical expertise, construction management or engineering.
+ Demonstrated or proficient knowledge with computer based skills.
+ Ability to work in a High Hazard manufacturing environment that may include physical capabilities such as climbing stairs, ladders, and construction areas.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, work on multiple tasks, setting and communicating priorities, and understanding business drivers.
Preferred Qualifications and Characteristics:
+ Technical degree (2 year), or engineering degree preferred
+ Demonstrated ability to work with different levels of the organization.
+ Previous Environmental, Health and Safety experience
+ Effective oral and written communication skills with ability to present information to all levels in the organization and address external organizations.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective task planning.
+ Demonstrated ability to work with various computer programs including the Microsoft Suite and purchasing systems, SAP experience is preferred **.**

$81,715.00 - $127,680.00
