PDS Tech Commercial is looking for a Mobile Facilities Technician to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of multiple facilities in the Reno, NV area.

Your Impact

As a Mobile Facilities Technician , you'll play a vital role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing critical facility systems. From HVAC and plumbing to electrical and safety systems, your expertise will keep our facilities operating efficiently and up to standard. If you're a problem solver who enjoys hands-on work and taking ownership of facility maintenance, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do

+ Perform maintenance and repairs on **Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Life Safety** systems.

+ Travel between **multiple facilities** , ensuring optimal performance.

+ Conduct **preventative maintenance** to avoid costly downtime.

+ Inspect, calibrate, and replace parts to maintain **HVAC systems at peak efficiency** .

+ Monitor and record **equipment readings** , making necessary adjustments.

+ Ensure the **safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials** .

+ Oversee **outside contractors** for quality and cost-effectiveness.

+ Identify and address **safety hazards** to maintain a secure work environment.

What You Bring

Required:

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent.

+ **5-7 years of experience** in commercial facility maintenance.

+ Proficiency in troubleshooting **mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems** .

+ **EPA 608 Type II Certification** .

+ Strong computer skills (Word & Excel).

+ **Valid Driver’s License** for travel between facilities.

Preferred:

+ **EPA 608 Universal Certification** .

+ **Trades schooling** in electrical system design, refrigeration, or HVAC.

**Pay Details:** $32.00 to $35.00 per hour
