    At Five Star Breaktime Solutions, the Office Manager will play an important role in the day to day operations by providing efficient and effective processes that contribute to the excellent customer service being provided to our customer base. The individual in this position will have the opportunity to learn and grow within the vending industry and bring their own expertise as an addition to the Five Star Food Service Team!

    Responsibilities Include:

    + Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

    + Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

    + Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.

    + Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.

    + Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

    + Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.

    + Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

    + Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counseling employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

    + Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Requirements:

    + Must have a Highschool diploma or GED

    + Must be able to consent to a company drug screen

    + Must be able to consent to a background check

    + Accounts receivable experience
