The Rousselot Dubuque facility is seeking to hire qualified technicians to join our team and has an opening for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic.     **Summary:** These positions will routinely perform all aspects of Industrial Maintenance activities such as; breakdown repairs, routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance and special projects on all company equipment and facilities.

    This position requires one or more of the following:

    + 1-year technical certificate and 2, or more years of verifiable experience.

    + A 2-year technical degree in an industrial maintenance or engineering field.

    + 3 or more years of verifiable industrial maintenance experience.

    + Advanced Apprentice, licensed, or Journeyman level Tradesmen.

     

    Effective communication and time management skills are a must. Candidates must be energetic, have a positive attitude and can work with minimal supervision.

     

    The Dubuque facility operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Standard maintenance work shifts are (3) 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday. Weekend on-call and/or work may be required.
