St. Vincent’s is the first hospital in Fairfield County to be integrated into the Hartford HealthCare network and is the system’s second-largest hospital. The Pharmacy Department at St. Vincent’s Medical Center utilizes a decentralized model with pharmacists embedded on medical teams to provide advice on optimal drug therapy. We also have an American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Pharmacy Residency program, an active Oncology infusion service, and a Retail/Specialty outpatient pharmacy. *Education Requirements* • Pharm.D. or equivalent Required *Minimum Requirements* • Current CT Pharmacist license or eligible within 45 days of hire.
