Key Responsibilities:

+ Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll

+ Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting

+ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing financial statements

+ Analyze accounting data and reconcile discrepancies

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and company financial policies

+ Support external audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports

+ Train, mentor, and guide accounting staff to support their professional development

+ Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field **preferred**

+ 3+ years of accounting experience; previous supervisory or team leadership experience is a plus

+ Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices

+ Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

+ Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
