    SUMMARY

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

     

    + Configure and customize the Epicor ERP system to align with the organization's business processes and requirements.

    + Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings to control access to sensitive data and functionality.

    + Perform routine system maintenance, updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure the system's stability and security.

    + Provide technical support to end-users, addressing inquiries, issues, and troubleshooting problems related to the ERP system.

    + Train new users on system functionalities and best practices to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

    + 2+ years' experience in associated field

    + Working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, and Epicor.

    + Have worked with cross-functional teams to integrate the ERP system with other software applications and databases.

    + Developed and implemented customizations and extensions to the system to meet specific business needs.

    + Led or participated in ERP-related projects, such as system upgrades, implementations, and process improvement.

    + Strong DMT, BPM, BAQ, and Dashboard knowledge.

    + Working Knowledge of Application Studio and REST services.

    + Proficiency in database management, SQL, and SSRS reporting.

    + Technical knowledge of C# programing language.
