Job Title: Mailroom Associate

**Schedule** :

• Training Hours: 3 Day’s On-the-Job Training | Wednesday – Friday | 10:00AM-2PM

• Shift Hours: Monday – Friday, starting 12:00am to Clean Desk

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay rate: $15.00/hr

Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mailroom Associate to join our fast-paced team in Plano, TX. As a key part of our operations, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, sorting packages, and supporting the flow of critical documents across departments. If you thrive in an organized environment and enjoy hands-on work, this role is a great fit!

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages

• Prepare outgoing mail for pickup, including labeling, postage, and documentation

• Operate mailroom equipment such as postage machines, scanners, and copiers

• Assist with scanning and imaging documents for digital archiving

• Maintain a clean and organized mailroom environment

• Follow all security protocols and company procedures

• Track packages and ensure timely delivery to internal recipients

• Provide support to document control and administrative teams as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• At least 18 years of age

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Previous mailroom, warehouse, or clerical experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Able to stand or sit for long periods during shift

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $28,000-35,000.
