Infrastructure Analyst
The salary range for this role is $66k-$76k annually*
**Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Infrastructure Analyst to join our Endpoint IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the lifecycle management of endpoint devices including laptops, desktops, servers, tablets, and BYOD. This role plays a critical part in ensuring device compliance, security, and performance by managing endpoint enrollment, application deployment, and patch management. The Endpoint Analyst will support and manage devices running Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Intune, Samsung Knox, SCCM, Automox, and Patch My PC to ensure all endpoints are secure, up-to-date, and optimized for end-user productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Enroll, configure, and manage endpoint devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, servers, and BYOD through Microsoft Intune and Samsung Knox.
• Administer and support endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Automox, and Patch My PC.
• Develop and maintain configuration policies, compliance settings, and application deployment strategies across supported platforms.
• Perform routine patch management for Windows and other supported operating systems and applications, ensuring timely and secure software updates.
• Monitor device health, compliance status, and vulnerability reports; respond to anomalies or non-compliant devices.
• Collaborate with Information Security to ensure endpoint security standards are met and maintained.
• Create and maintain endpoint documentation, including SOPs, knowledge base articles, and configuration records.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint-related issues, escalating to vendors or internal teams when necessary.
• Assist in asset inventory tracking and lifecycle management for corporate devices.
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with IT policies, licensing, and regulatory standards.
• Adhere to, and administer company technology practices, standards and procedures
• Maintain system documentation
• Ensure all issues/requests are handled within appropriate SLA
• May have to respond to requests after hours and weekends
• Travel to remote locations and/or stores as needed to troubleshoot or implement new tech
Education and Experience:
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Windows operating systems; macOS or Linux experience is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

• Ability to train/Pass technical knowledge to lower their support teams
• Basic knowledge of PowerShell scripting for task automation and endpoint management is a plus.
