The Opportunity

This is far from a traditional PM role. Youll be at the forefront of:

+ Real-time insights from massive data streams (social, search, behavioral)

+ Leading the development of AI/Gen AI-powered tools for product creation

+ Deep collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and senior leadership

+ Strategic product development at enterprise scalewhere your work drives impact felt around the world

+ Youll be joining a nimble, high-performing team that ships fast, learns constantly, and isnt afraid to break new ground.

What You Bring

Minimum Qualifications.

+ 7+ years relevant Product Management experience

+ Proven experience building AI or Gen AI-powered products at scale

+ Sharp product intuition, especially in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

+ Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications.

+ Background in trend forecasting, consumer product innovation, or fast-moving industries

+ Experience in strategy consulting or corporate development

+ Passion for where culture meets commerce

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications...

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
