    Our In House Temporary RPO Recruiter is accountable for:

    + Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process as defined by the client

    + Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully

    + Working in an end-to-end recruiting environment

    + Identifying & resolving potential challenges and risks

    + Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire/no hire decision

    + Attending and participating in onsite hiring events.

    Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

    + RPO experience is a plus

    + Experience in a high volume Manufacturing environment

    + Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment and ability to meet and/or exceed scorecard targets

    + Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills

    + Proven experience recruiting and sourcing for multiple positions

    + Effective communicator, adaptable interpersonal, consultative and negotiation skills

     

    Seeking minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment with proficiency using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and Microsoft Office.
