Pay Rate:

_The pay rate for this job is $32,000 - $42,000 Annually*_

What you'll be doing as a Traffic Supervisor:

+ Plan and allocate resources, including people, time, and tools, to ensure projects are completed efficiently

+ Create and manage schedules, including timelines and deadlines, and ensure that projects stay on track

+ Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and take corrective actions to keep projects on schedule

+ Act as a central point of contact for all parties involved in a project, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) & Weekends

Job requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field from an accredited university

+ Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Traffic or Distribution Coordinator in the Food Logistics Sector

+ Experience in export and import processes

+ Experience with internal and external audits

+ Presentations of operational results and departmental indicators: daily records, transportation costs, department expenses, among others

+ Compliance with plan

+ Knowledge of delivery route management

+ Drafting and implementing procedures

+ Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (preferably)

+ Language Skills - Proficiency in Spanish and English, both oral and written

+ Technical Skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

+ Background check and drug screening required
