Senior Belonging Program Manager

How You'll Grow
+ Leadership Development: You will refine your leadership skills by spearheading critical initiatives that foster an inclusive culture. As you champion DEI programs, you’ll cultivate your ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams, enhancing your capacity as a strategic leader.
+ Deepening Expertise in DEI: Engaging with diverse employee groups and conducting workshops will broaden your understanding of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion. This role positions you to become an expert in implementing effective DEI strategies while adapting to emerging trends and insights.
+ Analytical Proficiency: By collaborating closely with the People Analytics team, you'll strengthen your analytical skills, translating complex data into actionable strategies. This experience will enhance your ability to make data-driven decisions that inform organizational strategy.
+ Facilitation and Training Skills: Through the development and delivery of training sessions and workshops, you’ll grow your facilitation skills, learning how to engage and motivate diverse audiences. This hands-on experience will refine your communication and public speaking abilities, making you a more effective educator and mentor.
+ Innovation and Creative Problem Solving: Working within a fast-paced, agile environment will challenge you to think creatively, driving innovative solutions to complex problems. You’ll learn to embrace strategic risks, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset that will serve you in any future endeavors.
Things You’ll Do
+ **Lead Programming:** You’ll develop and roll out programs that move our Belonging strategy forward and create more connection amongst employees, like mentorship, internal networking, and learning moments. You’ll partner with employee resource groups (we call them QGroups), providing expert counsel and strategic direction to maximize QGroup impact with their communities
+ **Drive Inclusion:** As an experienced practitioner, you’ll provide insights for snr. Leaders on the data and research, share best practices for fostering inclusive teams, and provide strategic counsel on inclusive practices
+ **Facilitate Learning & Connection:** Lead engaging in-person workshops and education centered around inclusion, create moments for internal networking and connection, and help facilitate communal events that bring people together.
+ **Analyze Metrics:** Work hand-in-hand with our People Analytics team to oversee inclusion metrics and equity markers within people practices. Oversee Belonging budget which includes QGroup budget.
+ **Ensure an equitable experience:** Work closely with many stakeholders to drive the Belonging strategy in the business, working in deep partnership with certain teams to continue to embed and report on equity in existing people practices. You’ll work with QGroups, QGroup executive sponsors, HRBP, Employee Relations, People Brand, People Development, Workplace Experience, Talent Acquisition, People Services Delivery & Insights, Internal Comms, site leaders, and senior leaders globally.
+ **Engaging Communication:** Share success, learnings, and opportunities with the business through regular communication, highlight moments of Belonging and connection with the company, prepare our annual Belonging report, own content on qualtrics.com/belonging, and manage quarterly Belonging newsletter.
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
+ Proven experience leading diversity, equity, inclusion, or belonging initiatives, with a solid track record of designing programs that bring people together in a meaningful way.
+ Analytical skills—you can interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies that foster team bonding and community.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—you can articulate ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels, especially within senior leadership.
+ High emotional intelligence—you handle sensitive topics with tact and confidentiality, showing sound judgment in your decision-making.

_For full-time positions,_ this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
