    Summary:

    Whitehorse Apartments is looking for a Maintenance Associate to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our 240-unit residential apartment community.

    Responsibilities:

    + Prepare units for occupancy

    + Paint and complete make readies for occupancy

    + Perform daily trash pickup

    + Assist in general maintenance work as requested

    + Perform light checks

    + Perform manual repairs when necessary

    + Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.) and pool maintenance

    + On call responsibilities as assigned by property manager

    Skills:

    + Proven experience as maintenance associate

    + Strong working knowledge of general maintenance duties including drying walling, painting, etc.

    + Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices

    + Good physical condition and strength
