The **Vice President, Operations, HUMC** is responsible for the coordination and oversight of operations and responsible for promoting high standards of practice through development of policies, protocols, and practice guidelines; as well as by leading areas according to disciplined metrics as set forth by the organization's strategic plans. Leads daily operations, interprets changes in the marketplace, generates ideas, and participates in initiatives that increase our market advantage.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

+ Bachelor's Degree required.

+ A minimum of ten years hospital administrative experience.

+ Visionary - demonstrates a clear vision that supports HMH' vision, mission and shared values; maintains a 'big picture' view: foresees challenges and opportunities; generates break through ideas through innovation.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

+ Master's Degree in a health-related field is preferred.
