We are seeking an experienced **Facilities Supervisor** to work onsite at our Fairfield, CA site.

You are expected to actively participate in the safety program and be mindful of your safety and the safety of others. You are expected to complete all safety training in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

+ Plan, design, and reconfigure equipment, machinery, buildings, and structures to ensure the optimal utilization of the organization’s facilities.

+ Assess and evaluate the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs.

+ Gather and review data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility.

+ Review and estimate design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.

+ Ensure proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance.

+ Conduct machine inventories and arrange disposal of obsolete or no-longer-required equipment.

+ Manage facilities contractor management process.

+ Supervise employees and/or outside contractors, who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air conditioning, heating, painting and/or general maintenance, including custodial & grounds

+ Provide on and off-site direction to technicians during regular and off-hours as needed

+ Manage all work assignments in a safe and professional manner

+ Able to work extended hours and overtime to support building and customer needs; nights weekends and on call as needed.

Qualifications You Must Have

+ Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

+ U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

+ Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) access.

+ Experience and knowledge of building management systems.

+ Ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications We Prefer

+ Ability to prioritize tasks to provide a safe productive work environment to the building occupants

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and be capable of communicating with customers in a professional office setting, both orally and in writing

+ Solid computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office

**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 72,000 USD - 144,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
