    We are currently seeking a Program Manager- US Citizen to join our team in Arlington, Virginia (US-VA), United States (US).

     

    Program Manager

     

    The government client is looking for IT service delivery, IT infrastructure, and IT lifecycle operations support for all of its sites and employees. Specifically, the client is looking for skilled IT professionals with specialized knowledge across various technology areas, including adjusting IT services as required based on needs, monitoring systems to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems, minimizing downtime, receiving 24/7 support, and improving IT security.

     

    The PM shall serve as the contractor’s overall manager and shall be the contractor’s authorized interface with the government’s COR, ACORs and TPOCs. The PM shall provide overall leadership and guidance for all personnel assigned to the call order including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and managing overall call order performance. The PM performs supervision and direction to ensure quality deliverables while managing investments, costs, scheduling, technical capabilities, strategy alignment, and resources. The PM collaborates with the Government Chief Information Officer and Senior IT Staff and performs work independently to ensure that Government organizational goals, program goals, IT high level objectives and performance requirements are met. The CPM is authorized to commit the Contractor’s organization in response to Government issues, concerns, or problems. The PM must be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues including situations that may compromise the Contractor’s ability to provide services. The PM has direct past experience within two (2) years of a candidate being on-board in the position.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, or a related field at time of proposal submission.

    + Education Equivalency: 6 additional years of positional work experience can be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.

    • Minimum 10 years of recent experience providing program management experience and compliance with industry best practices.

    • Minimum 2 years of experience with the management, utilization, quality assurance, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skills in projects similar to the FORCE requirement.

    • Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP ®) Certification.

    • Must be a US Citizen possessing a Secret Clearance
