    What You'll Do

     

    Elevate exists to drive growth for small to mid-sized businesses across the country and is obsessed with creating value for those businesses. This role is critical to the execution of our mission as it is responsible for identification and analyzation of savings opportunities and GPO contract utilization that will unlock working capital for businesses to reinvest into the growth of their business(es). The Contract Activation Specialist (Value Maximization Team) is responsible for GPO contract activation across the Elevate membership. This role plays a key part in driving contract penetration through automation, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximize value for members. Additionally, the position leverages GPO partners and collaborates with strategic supplier relationships to ensure alignment with revenue-generating products and services while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting tools.

     

    + Responsible for driving contract utilization by enhancing contract penetration through leveraging automated solutions whenever possible, ensuring efficient and effective adoption. Partners with product teams and members to optimize the utilization of Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) contracts, products, and services. Enhance and implement a system for analyzing savings and presenting insights to identify underutilized contracts.

    + Understands and enhance revenue-generating solutions through maintaining in-depth knowledge of revenue-driving and value-added products and services to support member engagement and utilization.

    + Monitors and report performance by regularly update tracking tools and administrative reports (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure accurate monitoring of contract usage, savings impact, and overall performance.

    Who You Are

    + 6+ years of contract management, procurement or product analysis experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, miliary experience or education.

    + 1+ years working for a GPO

    + Strong analytical skills with experience in savings analysis, contract management, or procurement.

    + Proficiency in data analytics tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).

    + Ability to develop automated processes to enhance efficiency.

    + Excellent communication and relationship management skills to engage with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.

    + Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting capabilities.

     

    Salary Range Information

     

    Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

     

    Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

     

    $81900 - $147600 / year

     

    Time Off Program

     

    Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.

    This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
