    Starting Pay: $50,000-$55,000 (based on experience)

    Job Responsibilities

    Lead with Purpose

    Inspire and develop your team using Aramark?s coaching model

     

    Recognize and reward team achievements

     

    Ensure safety, sanitation, and operational excellence

     

    Drive Impact

     

    Oversee a culinary training program for incarcerated individuals

     

    Help participants gain real-world food service experience and certifications

     

    Support successful reentry by preparing individuals for employment

     

    Deliver Results

     

    Manage food service operations and financial performance

     

    Monitor inventory, labor, and quality standards

     

    Collaborate with clients and correctional staff to meet shared goals

    Qualifications

    1+ year of food service management experience

     

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

    Passion for mentorship and community impact

    Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience preferred

     

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
