    Description:** **Provisioning Items Analyst Sr

    What You Will Be Doing

    Join Lockheed Martin’s Sustainment Operations team as a Senior Provisioning Items Analyst and play a key role in ensuring mission readiness through proactive inventory and logistics support\. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, analyzing supply performance, and supporting provisioning strategies across the full lifecycle of military aviation systems\. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver world\-class sustainment support to the warfighter\.

    Key Responsibilities

    \- Ensure inventory sufficiency across supported systems, maintaining optimal asset levels to meet mission demands\.

     

    \- Manage end\-to\-end supply chain activities, including supplier coordination, repair logistics, 3PL oversight, and redistribution of assets across customer locations\.

     

    \- Execute inventory allocation decisions, interpret operational priorities, and drive actions to maximize asset availability under Performance\-Based Logistics \(PBL\) and Total System Performance Responsibility \(TSPR\) contracts\.

     

    \- Support requests for proposals \(RFPs\) and provisioning determinations, contributing to lifecycle sustainment planning\.

     

    \- Leverage inventory modeling tools to optimize stock levels and forecast budget needs\.

     

    \- Interface with Lockheed Martin and DoD information systems to maintain accurate inventory records and asset identification\.

     

    \- Collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to resolve technical issues related to assigned inventory classes\.

     

    \- Monitor supplier performance and develop reports and metrics to track mission readiness and sustainment effectiveness\.

     

    \- Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely, data\-driven responses to support operational success\.

    Who You Are

    You are a strategic thinker with a strong background in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management—ideally within a defense or aerospace environment\. You’re confident working in fast\-paced, high\-stakes settings and enjoy solving complex support challenges through data analysis and cross\-functional collaboration\. You're detail\-oriented, customer\-focused, and passionate about supporting those who serve\.

     

    Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government top security clearance\. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

    Basic Qualifications:

    Experience with provisioning and forecasting, tracking parts and materials

     

    Experience with EBOMs, OBOMs and parts analysis utilizing MDRs and usage data to predict future spares and repairable assets for air vehicles

     

    Experience with warehouse operations and practices

    Desired Skills:

    Experience with shipping and receiving

     

    Experience with warehouse inventory management and cycle counting

     

    Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products Suite and Inventory Management Systems

     

    Experience with Automated Logistics Management Support System \(ALMSS\) and SFM, SAP

     

    Items Analyst or Provisioning experience to include drawing knowledge, blueprint reading

     

    Computer skills, ability to interact and communicate effectively with peers and management\.

     

    **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

    **Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $81,600 \- $143,865\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

    **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\.

     

    \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.

     

    This position is incentive plan eligible\.

     

    **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $93,800 \- $162,610\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.
