    Job Overview:

    As the **Sales Coordinator** , you are a critical part of the team and will provide reliable, high-quality sales support to our McDonald’s team, which is part of the Foodservice Small Format Division at Keurig Dr Pepper. You will be responsible for facilitating team meetings and conference calls, completing and maintaining sales and trade data and customer profiles, and completing all administrative and paperwork requirements needed for McDonald’s. You will work with the sales leads on presentation preparation regarding data/insights, as well as convention support. You will work with the customer marketing manager on reporting and promotional/marketing needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Maintain promotional database (local support tracker)and input ROI data and review analysis with the sales team.

    + Own customer's new item set-up for new products.

    + Update the sales team using our internal dashboard on volume/share trends.

    + Provide data and insights in a presentation format that the team can use with agencies and field office executives.

    + Support Sales team in developing field office programs and BU activity especially around Drive-thru, social/digital and delivery.

    + Support the Sales team in coordinating meetings and conventions.

    + Work with the customer marketing manager on projects to move the business forward: Food Pairing studies, asset guides, photo shoots, etc.

    + Maintain internal systems as appropriate by inputting customer data, pricing, volume, and/or trade spend.

    + Work with the operations team to coordinate and attend weekly distributor calls to facilitate any product delivery issues and any new installs.

    + Work with HAVI on reporting month to month to our internal master data team to ensure timely submissions and correct data.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

    + Highly Proficient in using MS Office products such as PowerPoint Word and Microsoft Excel

    + Strong Financial/Economic Acumen

    + Strong Presentation skills and confidence in front of a major customer.

    + Prior sales experience is a plus.

    + Ability to manage multiple tasks and to develop efficient and effective “go to market” processes. Effective at shifting priorities as business needs require.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
