    Reporting directly to the line of business president, the Vice President of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales vision that drives new revenue growth and expands market presence. This role is focused on leading and developing a high-performing, world-class sales organization, ensuring alignment with company objectives.     Job Responsibilities

    Strategic Sales Leadership

    + Develop & execute a comprehensive, forward-thinking sales strategy that supports growth and market positioning

    + Align sales objectives with business strategy, ensuring collaboration across finance, HR, OpX, marketing, Ops teams

    + Identify emerging market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics to refine go-to-market strategies

    + Drive predictable and scalable revenue growth by implementing effective sales processes, forecasting, and performance metrics

    + Build, mentor, & develop a high-performing, world-class sales team, focusing on coaching, professional development, & talent retention

    + Foster a results-driven culture centered on accountability, collaboration, & continuous learning

    + Establish clear goals, KPIs, and performance standards, providing ongoing feedback & development opportunities

    + Encourage an entrepreneurial & adaptable mindset within the team, promoting innovative problem-solving while driving cross-functional collaboration, ensuring sales teams are well-supported & positioned for success

    Customer-Centric Sales Approach

    + Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring the sales team understands & addresses client needs effectively

    + Work closely with marketing & OpX teams to ensure alignment in messaging, positioning, & value proposition delivery

    Operational & Financial Excellence

    + Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, & reporting to ensure transparency & data-driven decision-making

    + Develop & manage the sales budget, ensuring investments align with business priorities & deliver ROI

    + Drive efficiency, streamlining sales processes & leveraging technology to enhance productivity

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    + Partner with leadership team to shape overall business strategy

    + Influence program development & innovation with customer & market insights

    + Represent the business in key industry events, customer meetings & strategic partnerships

    Qualifications

    Experience

    + A minimum of 10 years of experience in new business development, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role managing and developing a high-performing team

    + Industry experience in the hospitality sector is strongly preferred, with a demonstrated ability to adapt sales strategies to a client- and service-focused business model

    + Experience working in high-growth or transformation-focused environments is a plus

    + Experience interacting with and presenting to C-level executives

    Skills

    + Strategic thought leadership, executive presence

    + Strong ability to develop leaders within the sales organization, fostering a culture of coaching and professional growth

    + Deep understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting

    + Strong collaborator with excellent communication and negotiation skills
