The REIT Group Relationship Manager (RM) solicits, develops and services a portfolio of 18-20 California based REIT clients, focused across multiple real estate sectors including residential, industrial, lodging, office, data center, retail and net lease. Credit requests include a variety of unsecured and secured real estate loans.
This position will require a seasoned REIT professional that is a self starting leader with effective communication and strong REIT analytical skills. The incumbent must be able to lead our U.S. Bank team in growing revenue as directed by Senior Management through developing new credit, capital markets and treasury business, while balancing the need to maintain high quality portfolio management and credit quality. We are seeking a high-character individual that will be committed to adhering to U.S. Bank’s Core Values.
+ Solicits, develops, and services large corporate REIT clients
+ Grows revenue as directed by senior management by successfully prospecting for new business and retaining and expanding existing relationships
+ Responsible for large and complex real estate loans, including real estate investments, income property, development, construction loans, etc
+ Sustains profitability and growth of portfolio by deepening relationships across multiple business lines and bank products
_Basic Qualifications_
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting or other related field
+ Five or more years of commercial real estate experience
+ Two or more years of management experience
_Preferred Skills and Qualifications_
+ Advanced knowledge and experience in commercial real estate loan portfolios and relation to industry
+ Strong leadership and strategic management skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Well developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $159,970.00 - $188,200.00 - $207,020.00
