Job Description:

Provides functional evaluation and treatment of the client, and executes the planning and utilization of a program of purposeful activities to develop or maintain adaptive skills that promotes maximal physical and mental function and achievement of daily life tasks

Salary Range:

$45.00an hour

Job Requirements:

1.

1. **Education:** Fulfills the educational requirements to be a licensed OT in NYS

2. **Experience:** Prefer at least two (2) years of clinical experience but will consider a new graduate. Experience in the acute care setting is also preferred.

3. **License/Certification Required:** Must be licensed and registered as an Occupational Therapist in . A temporary license will be allowed for up to 6 months.

4. **Skills:** Basic computer skills including Microsoft office.
