    Responsibilities

    + Accountable for all Registered Nurse duties and responsibilities as well as the following duties and responsibilities.

    + Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, including care coordination, physicians, and management, using and promoting effective communication strategies to meet inter-and intra-departmental needs.

    + Demonstrates knowledge of unit standards of care, staff competencies, and individual patient care needs in facilitation proper patient placement and patient care assignments.

    Qualifications

    + Education: Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing

    + Licensure: Licensed to practice nursing in the state of ND

    + Two years working with people with developmental disabilities (preferred)

    Pay Range

    $21.21 - $33.38 /hour
