• Engineering Lead Analyst

    Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

     

    Duties: Support the Office of the CIO with Infrastructure and application service delivery. Work with the engineering team and the business to enable standard usage patterns and automate configuration, customizations, and integrations with other systems in the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment pipeline. Implement Generative AI models. Evaluate the market for security solutions to enhance the current Generative AI platform at Citi. Optimize Citi’s internal container infrastructure. Maintain related infrastructure, applications, team documents, web content, and presentations. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

     

    Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation performing application development activities. Four (4) years of experience must include: Developing shell scripts and code that automate commonly repeated tasks including project configuration, and updating and maintaining Jira; Building and troubleshooting Jira automation workflows including identifying, documenting, and implementing opportunities to reduce manually intensive repetitive tasks; Documenting user journeys and implementing enhancements to existing Jira based solutions and executing active sprints; and Creating architecture and collaboration documents concerning integration between Jira and other systems including Confluence, GitHub, and Zephyr. In the alternative, employer will accept a Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related IT occupation performing application development activities.
