    Under the supervision of the Director of Ambulatory Operations, will develop, plan, implement and monitor employer based on-site healthcare, both clinically and financially, to select businesses and school districts in the Holzer Market. Will serve as a liaison to ensure the establishment of Holzer as a Healthcare Business Partner with employers/schools while promoting Holzer’s Mission “Friendly Visits, Excellent Care, Every Patient, Every Time”. The Employer Health Services manager is responsible for identifying employer needs and developing, planning, and implementing health programs ensuring proper accountability to organizations and Holzer. Always represents Holzer Health System and its partners in a professional and favorable manner.

    Education, Work Experience and Licensure:

    • Bachelor’s degree required in either Healthcare or Business Management, Marketing, or other healthcare related field. • Five years’ work experience, with three years in a healthcare or business development setting, OR • Any combination of education and experience meeting the above requirements. • Medical Review Officer Assistant Certification
