    Job Overview

     

    Join our team at US Distribution as a National Field Services Supervisor, where you will lead a project-based team across the US. You will oversee large equipment assemblies, overhauls/outages, and relocations for various mining equipment for our clients. Be part of an environment that values teamwork, innovation, and safety.

     

    Projects vary in duration, lasting 3 - 4 months, with Field Service Group members working long shifts and traveling away from home for 3 - 4 weeks at a time. Adaptability to changing environments and work processes is key to success in this dynamic role.

     

    Key Job Responsibilities

     

    + Ensure a safe work environment and practice safe work habits consistently

    + Perform complex repairs accurately and with high quality

    + Assess equipment repair needs and develop repair processes

    + Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair assigned equipment

    + Work efficiently to meet department and company objectives

    + Lead service crews to meet SLQDC metrics

    + Conduct safety meetings and inspections, review FLRA cards, and lead daily line out meetings

    + Collaborate with department manager on daily tasks and crew assignments

    + Collect and review timecards for proper coding and submission

    Qualifications/Requirements

    + Proficient in troubleshooting hydraulics, low voltage electrical systems, and mechanical components

    + Ability to interpret complex drawings, specifications, and formulas

    + Familiarity with precision measuring instruments

    + Completion of an accredited apprenticeship or technical education is a plus

    + Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in mining equipment maintenance

    + Understanding of OEM repair specifications and practices

    + Willingness to travel extensively

    + Clean driving record is required

    + Flexible work schedule to meet business needs
