Our client, a leader in the electronics industry, is seeking a Sr Electronics Lab Test Technician to join their team. As a Sr Electronics Lab Test Technician, you will be part of the testing lab supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technical challenges which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Sr Electronics Lab Test Technician

**Location:** Phoenix, AZ

**Pay Range:** $38.46 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Overseeing testing lab and processes to ensure new applications work as intended and maintaining device functionality post-maintenance and testing.

+ Implementing effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.

+ Conducting performance tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly.

+ Delivering technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients while maintaining strong relationships.

+ Acting as Operations liaison on testing parameters and investigating and resolving technical issues throughout the build or customer-centric needs.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in a lab testing environment, particularly with electronic devices.

+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

+ Experience in customer support and relationship management.
