Our client in Lancaster is seeking an Inventory Control & Receiving Specialist to join their team!
Job Title:** **Inventory Control & Receiving Specialist
Pay: $20.47/hr
Schedule:** **1** **st** **shift
Temp to hire!
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Perform **cycle counting** and investigate discrepancies.
+ Receive **raw materials** and **MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations)** items.
+ **Put away finished goods** in designated storage locations.
+ **Load trucks** for outbound shipments.
+ Maintain **orderly inventory locations** and ensure cleanliness.
+ Participate in **continuous improvement initiatives** related to inventory and warehouse operations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
+ Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification may be required).
+ Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
+ Physical ability to lift and move materials as needed.
