We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical **Contract Analyst** with a strong legal or Juris Doctor (JD) background to join our team in Shoreview, MN. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in document and contract review, particularly within commercial banking or corporate environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing complex contracts and ensuring accurate documentation for internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Review and analyze commercial contracts and legal documents, often exceeding 200 pages in length.
+ Ensure contract language accurately reflects business terms and is suitable for digital repository storage.
+ Identify and interpret key contractual elements and how they interrelate across documents.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency and compliance in documentation.
+ Apply legal knowledge to assess contract structure, obligations, and potential risks.
+ Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all document reviews.
+ Potential cross-training in ADA-related documentation and compliance.
Required Qualifications:
+ JD or equivalent legal education/background.
+ Proven experience in contract and document review (commercial banking experience preferred).
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal language.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with ADA compliance or willingness to be cross-trained.
+ Familiarity with commercial banking agreements and corporate legal documentation.
+ Demonstrated enthusiasm, initiative, and a personal drive to succeed.
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid position based in **Shoreview, MN** . Employees are expected to work **onsite three days per week** (days are flexible) and may work remotely for the remaining two days. Equipment can be provided upon request.
