Responsibilities

Operate the organization's telecommunication system to answer and route incoming calls and to communicate codes, alerts, drills and other announcements.

+ Receive and relay internal and external calls and provide general information according to protocol.

+ Maintain desk directories, on-call list, reference guides and other associated reference materials.

+ Operate beeper and paging system to contact personnel and code team.

+ Communicates codes, alerts, drills and other announcements according to established policies and protocols, including disaster management plans.

Requirements

Education:

+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

Experience:

+ Customer service experience,

+ Good communication skills, ability to multitask, ability to answer multi-line telephone system, effectively use head announcement system

+ Must be flexible in schedule and be able to travel to Tulsa

+ Security dispatching as well

+ Calmness is a must to deal with emergency situation
