    Responsibilities

    Organize and coordinate quality, risk and patient safety program activities and workflow.

     

    + Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness

    + program.

    + Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures.

    + Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.

    + Analyze and report on data collected from a variety of sources. Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.

    Requirements

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    + Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the state of Wisconsin or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

    Education:

    + Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing required.

    Work Experience:

    + Minimum three (3) years of clinical experience in the field of the primary work required.
