AVP Clinical Service Line, Imaging Services will lead the operational improvement of inpatient imaging services for the Ascension-wide Imaging Services platform.

Responsibilities

Serves as the content expert and coordinates the use of human and financial resources to ensure the imaging services operate efficiently, effectively, safely, and timely.

+ Evaluates, develops, and adapts the business and operational processes of the inpatient imaging services to meet the ever-changing healthcare environment and needs of patients and families.

+ Facilitates the development of analytics and improvement across growth, quality, patient experience, and cost performance.

+ Creates a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and accountability within the imaging services.

+ Coordinates with physician leadership to identify clinical and non-clinical technology, software, and equipment needs in support of the imaging services.

+ Develops and implements cost and efficiency plans. Identifies necessary resources for patient care and imaging services development.

+ Develops and markets expanded and/or new services in response to innovation, technology, strategic developments or compensation consistent with the goals of the imaging services.

+ Partners with key departments to develop strategic plans for the service, operating and capital budgets, and an integrated strategic and financial plan.

+ Previous experience in Inpatient Imaging Center operations with a focus on operation efficiency.

+ Analyzing and modifying workflow performance.

+ Proven ability to collaborate, build relationships and drive change through influence.

+ Strong business acumen with ability to drive change in a large, complex organization with matrix reporting relationships.

+ Demonstrated success in leading initiatives that have significant impact across the organization.

+ Excellent team leadership and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize multiple demands and projects.

Requirements

Education:

+ Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
