Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day clinic operations.

+ Assist in meeting financial targets to increase productivity/revenue and reduce overall costs. Assist in monitoring and preparation of annual operating and capital budgets.

+ Train, coach, and evaluate assigned staff. Apply progressive discipline when appropriate. Participate in hiring and termination procedures. Establish staffing patterns with physician schedules.

+ Develop and implements performance improvement projects that improve quality, efficiency of care, patient satisfaction and positive outcomes.

+ Assist with the development of a marketing plan.

Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

+ Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

+ Required professional licensure/certification AND 1 year of cumulative job specific experience required.
